Once the results of the Project Gateway options analysis study are available, management should seek Executive Committee decision on the future strategic direction of Project Gateway or any recommended alternative. Management should conduct a needs assessment for Project Gateway to ensure that future investments will address the most critical business needs for the system. A Needs Assessment will be performed for the remaining lifecycle modules pending the outcome of the COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) Options Analysis.  This process will be included in the Project Gateway Plan.
