APPLICATION INTAKE PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED

The Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP 150) call for proposals for Western Canada closed on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2016. Applications are no longer being accepted.

The CIP 150 is part of Canada 150 Celebrates, the Government of Canada's celebration of our country's 150th anniversary. Through investments in community infrastructure, the Government of Canada is investing in projects that celebrate our shared heritage, create jobs, and improve the quality of life for Canadians.

The $300-million national program supports the renovation, expansion and improvement of existing community and cultural infrastructure, including projects that support the Government's priorities to ensure a better future for Indigenous peoples and promote a clean growth economy.

Western Economic Diversification Canada is delivering the program across Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) with a total allocation of $92.4 million over two years.
